Really enjoying music at the Gladstone, a local pub run by musicians and playing great music. This one looks excellent but I won’t be there as I am out of town.. Its from their facebook page:

Johnny Gladstone invited you • Share • Public event
20 November • 20:00 – 22:00
Location The Gladstone Arms, 64 Lant St, SE1 1QN, London, United Kingdom
If you like your rock’n’roll unadulterated and with a twist of bordello’s’n’bars then Tom Mansi & The Icebreakers are for you. High octane and impeccably played, the energy given off by the band is explosive. Crammed with big bursting flavours of rockabilly, surf rock, The Clash, The Boss, and straight up soul revue, TMIB put on a a seriously entertaining show. Fresh off the back of their new album mixed by Tony Platt of AC/DC …’Back In Black’ and ‘Highway to Hell’ fame, Subba Cultcha magazine reckons watching them is like ‘every nerve is jangling and every neuron is firing’, while Blues In London raved ‘they’re superbly crafted songs, catchy and dark’.
Troubadour Rose are a five piece female fronted ball of rock’n’roll energy. Based around guitar, banjo, fiddle, double bass and drums, they’ve been championed by Tom Robinson on 6 Music, for obvious reasons once you hear them. Citing influences as diverse as Stevie Nicks to The National, and Iron and Wine to The Pretenders, their mighty pop folk reflects their immaculate taste.
